1. Parties; Acceptance

1.1 These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and services provided by BrightstarPharmacy (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

4. Orders, Pricing & Payment

4.1 All orders are subject to acceptance by Company and availability. We may refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

5. Shipping, Delivery & Inspection

5.2 Upon receipt, Customer must inspect goods immediately. 7. Limitation of Liability; Remedies

We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect addresses or unavailability of the recipient.

12. Force Majeure
