Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
You will receive an update via phone, WhatsApp, or email once your order is dispatched.
Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship across Pakistan.
Estimated delivery times:
Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, and major cities: 1–7 business days
Other areas: up to 15 business days
Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other unforeseen events.
Shipping Charges
Charges are based on weight, volume, and location.
Final charges will be displayed at checkout.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in most locations.
Product Safety & Packaging
All products are packed securely to ensure safe delivery.
For temperature-sensitive or delicate items, special packaging may be used.
Please check your package upon delivery before signing the receipt.
Tracking & Notifications
Once shipped, a tracking number will be shared via SMS/WhatsApp/email.
You can use this tracking number to check your order status with the courier.
Delays & Responsibility
Brightstar Pharmacy is not responsible for:
Delays caused by courier companies
Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer
Lost, stolen, or damaged packages after being marked as delivered
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours with photos and details.
We will investigate and provide a replacement or solution where applicable.
Order Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your order. Please review our cancellation terms below:
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us through phone, WhatsApp, or email.
Once an order has been processed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch will be eligible for a refund (processed within 7–10 business days).
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers are requested to inform us immediately in case of cancellation to avoid unnecessary shipping charges.
Brightstar Pharmacy reserves the right to cancel any order in case of:
Stock unavailability
Payment issues
Incorrect or fraudulent order details
